We use ooshirts for our t-shirt printing!
Special order items, Certified Pre-owned, and newly assembled equipment our final. For new equipment purchases, there are no returns unless the box has not been opened, the original packaging is intact, and the item is returned within 14 days. Proof of purchase is necessary. Cancellation of paid credit card and financing orders that have not been picked up or delivered will be assessed a 5% processing fee. Unopened boxed returns will increase 15% restocking fee plus the 5% processing fee for credit card and financing purchases. All delivery and pick up fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to measure and make sure the equipment will fit the space and can be used properly before delivery takes place. If upon installation, the unit does not fit or cannot be used properly, it cannot be returned. Deliveries canceled less than 24 hours prior to schedule delivery date/time will encourage a $100 fee. There are no exceptions to this policy.
